2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Carriers
We currently use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, and YODEL for UK deliveries, and DPD or FedEx for international orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Victoriarrose Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Missing or Damaged Orders

Missing Orders: We will work with the courier to locate your package.

Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Address Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order. Victoriarrose Ltd cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
